Beau Dangles uses Paypal for online ordering This is a very safe way of placing orders without having to trust the seller with your credit card details. You don't need to have an account with them to use the system.

However, if you prefer not to use Paypal, I am happy to accept orders by post with a Sterling cheque. This will be slower however. Click here for contact details.

Shipping & delivery

As long as the item is in stock it will be dispatched within 2 business days. In the unlikely event that something is not in stock I will contact you to let you know delivery times, and give you the option to cancel or change your choice.

Commissions take longer, and we will discuss delivery times when you order.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, and let me know the date of it, I will do everything within my power to make sure it is delivered on time.

Please let me know whether you require gift wrapping (free) and/or delivery to another address.

All my jewellery is hand-made, incorporating Swarovski crystals, handmade beads, semi-precious stones and natural materials from around the world which may vary, giving each piece its own individuality. Consequently the piece you receive may vary slightly from the photograph on this site. For the same reasons, measurements are approximate. I reserve the right to interchange compatible materials to keep the integrity of the design should a natural material, handmade bead or fastening/finding become unavailable. I guarantee the use of genuine Swarovski crystals, Murano or Czech designer glass, and gemstones where stated and sterling silver or rolled gold in all clasps and earwires.

If you require a different type of fastening for earrings, for example ball & post, or for non-pierced ears, please let me know. This can be provided at no extra cost.

Returns

If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations then just return it unused, within 14 days and in resaleable condition and I will immediately refund you for the price of the item but not the delivery charge.

I am sorry, but for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears will be refunded with a £2 deduction for the earwires, which must be discarded.

I will make every endeavour to ensure that your commissioned jewellery matches your instructions, but I regret that specially commissioned items are non-returnable.
